The Data Protection Act came into effect in Barbados on the 31st March, 2021. As a result, we are required to comply with relevant provisions.
This portion of our website is therefore dedicated to ensuring that we have a transparent and easily accessible platform for complying with the Act and for dealing with any requests efficiently.
A dedicated e-mail has been set up for this purpose and all matters related to Data Protection must be sent to that e-mail. Any matters otherwise sent shall not be acknowledged.
If an e-mail is not acknowledged within three days of sending, please follow up with us and/or print and send the printed copy of the sent e-mail to us by regular mail or hand delivery. This is to address the possibility of e-mails being filtered whether internally by either of us or externally by the Internet Service Provider or otherwise.
